Definition
- An aggressor is one whose actions fall under any one of the eight definitions of aggressing, in violation of the Legal Principle.
- Aggressors can be individuals, groups, corporations, or governments if they violate the Legal Principle.
- Aggressors, if acting intentionally, are not reasonable people; they use force instead of reasoned communication. It is possible to aggress unintentionally, as in the case of an accidental car crash.
- The 3L Philosophy holds each person accountable for their actions, not for the actions of ancestors or relatives.
- We must not aggress against an innocent person merely due to the action of their ancestor. However, all of us would benefit from voluntarily working towards healing the wounds that arose from the actions of our ancestors.
